1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, logging in, uploading documents, or otherwise accessing The Resume application (theresume.dev) (the "Service"), which is built, hosted, and managed by Demands Hub AI Solutions, L.L.C. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Resume is a web-based platform that uses artificial intelligence to parse resume texts, analyze keywords, and generate optimized resume formats aligned with job descriptions. The Service is provided to assist you in preparing job application drafts.
3. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer & Professional Responsibility
⚠️ CRITICAL LAWSUIT PROTECTION & AI WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:
The Service utilizes advanced generative artificial intelligence models to extract information and write text. AI models are prone to hallucinating, misrepresenting facts, or leaving out critical contextual information.
You are solely and fully responsible for reviewing, proofreading, and verifying the absolute truthfulness, grammatical accuracy, and professional suitability of all resume content, cover letters, and bullet points generated by the AI before using them.
Demands Hub AI Solutions, L.L.C. does not warrant that AI-generated resumes are accurate, honest, error-free, or compliant with employment hiring requirements. We assume no responsibility or liability for any consequences arising from inaccuracies, factual errors, or misstatements contained in your generated resumes.
4. Limitation of Liability and Career Outcome Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Demands Hub AI Solutions, L.L.C. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
Employment/Hiring Outcome Disclaimer: We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees that using the Service will result in job interviews, employment offers, passing automated ATS screenings, or any specific career progression. You use the generated materials at your own risk and are responsible for your own hiring success and compliance with employer expectations.
5. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. You strictly agree not to:

6. Enterprise Workspace Accounts and Candidate Sharing

- Seat License Sponsorship: The organization sponsors your usage of the Service under their seat license. You agree that the organization's admins may configure certain portal parameters (such as branding, custom API keys, and allowed domains).
- Resume Sharing Controls: You retain complete ownership over whether your resume data is visible to organization administrators and recruiters. By default, your uploaded master resume and tailored revisions are private to you and hidden from the organization's administrators. You may choose to share your resumes to enable placement assistance or review by toggling the Opt-In sharing control in your settings. You can opt-out at any time to immediately hide your data.
7. Intellectual Property & Document Ownership
You retain full ownership of all original resumes, text inputs, and files you upload to our platform. You grant us a limited, secure license to store and transmit your files solely to deliver the parsing and optimization service to you.
